From Formentera to Ibiza (via Sitges and, well, Tulum), Beso has opened near the sailing club end of Salinas (look for the big B on top). With chilled-out vibes and yummy Med/Basque cuisine – think paella, seafood and more – we hardly needed another reason to name Salinas one of our favourite beaches.

Top Tip: They’re open late on Fridays and Saturdays: come for the afternoon sun and plan to stay long past sunset.
