We’ve been waiting for a luxe hotel offering in Cala Nova, and this looks like it will provide just that – 151 rooms of it, to be exact. What’s more, there’s a big, luxury organic spa, two infinity pools, a handful of restaurants, Sky Lounge and vermouth bar (#UJloves), and serviced beds on the beach – something that’s been missing in the area. The interiors are supposedly a modern Ibicencan take on Coco Chanel’s signatures – just imagine lots of bright, airy rooms in white, with graphic black trims and you’ll be pretty much spot on.

Top tip: The ETXEKO restaurant by renowned Spanish chef Martin Berasategui (holder of 10 Michelin stars) will offer fine dining in this neck of the Santa Eulalia woods.
