Cala Bassa
Protected swimming spot for best sunset views
With its amazing golden sand and clear, clean water this is a favourite with swimmers – there’s even a protected space so you don’t have to worry about getting plowed down by boats. Get here early if you want to bag a sun lounger before the crowds from neighbouring San Antonio wake up and surge in with their hangovers in tow. There’s lots of shady spots around the rugged terrain dotted with trees if you’ve put in the hours and are feeling overheated.
Top Tip:
With the best sunset views from its location on the west coast, make sure you stay to watch the sky turn kaleidoscopic with colour.
