With its amazing golden sand and clear, clean water this is a favourite with swimmers – there’s even a protected space so you don’t have to worry about getting plowed down by boats. Get here early if you want to bag a sun lounger before the crowds from neighbouring San Antonio wake up and surge in with their hangovers in tow.
