This not-so-little organic market and restaurant popped up in early 2017 and has slowly (and somewhat silently) been building up a loyal island fan base who come to shop for 100% organic courgettes, aubergines, carrots, tomatoes, and more – and end up staying for a meal in its relaxed, rustic restaurant. A new contender for best grilled meat on the island, the selection here ranges from organic farm chicken to 60-day aged entrecote, veal loin and Spanish ribeye.

Top tip: In addition to crop association (where plants are planted strategically, according to their impact on surrounding plants) and the other sustainable farming methods used here, organic leftovers from the restaurant are used as compost for the soil – so you can eat well and do good for the earth, too.
