The Anadons, it seems, are opening up a mini hotel empire, and Casa Maca is their rural retreat near Ibiza Town. The property features 10 rooms (including two suites) and is set on a 300-year-old finca, complete with the original farmer’s house, thick (read: cooling) white walls and scent of olive, almond and fig trees nearby.

Top tip: Given it’s part of the Cafe Mambo empire, do get them to book you a table at sunset at one of their other venues: Mambo (party) or La Torre (chic vibes).
