Bristolian DJ and producer, Eats Everything – a.k.a. Daniel Pearce – has exploded on to the electronic music scene. Daniel’s Top Tips

1. Amante Beach Club in Santa Eulària was the site of my wedding. Not only are the food and cocktails amazing but the setting is spectacular. A restaurant and bar in a cliff face that overlooks the beach, it’s one of the most beautiful spots on the island.
2. Go to the opening and closing parties at Amnesia. It’s my favourite club in the world and the terrace in my opinion is the best room on the planet.
3. Book a table at Sa Capella. It’s up in the hills just outside San Antonio in a 400-year-old chapel. The food here is unbelievable and the atmosphere is incredible.
