With phenomenal views of Es Vedra, Es Boldado is open all year round serving finger-lickingly good seafood and its renowned saffron and lemon flavoured paellas (all ingredients are sourced locally on the island). Popular with the locals, big groups tend to flock here – soak up the fiesta atmosphere with the local Café Caleta (cognac, cinnamon, lemon and coffee in a pot) accompanied by a slice of mint cheese cake.
