Experimental Beach Ibiza
Laid back beachside bliss and sunset cocktails
Formerly Cap d’es Falco, Experimental Beach Ibiza is brought to us by Experimental Cocktail Club, which boasts locations in London, Paris, and New York. Inspired by Baudelaire’s Invitation au Voyage and with a more bohemian-chic vibe (think pastels and muted shades) than the group’s typical lush fabrics and French décor, ignore the sketchy drive in and go for the amazing views of Es Vedra, perfect for watching the sun go down. Grab a bed and stay the entire day, tucking into dishes by chef Gerard Ortiz Arlandis, created with fresh, local ingredients and designed to complement a wine list of 200 bottles. Or, get there early for yoga, fresh juices and their monthly beach barbecue sessions. They’ve also built a jetty, so you can easily take a dip, and there’s kayaking and SUP too. And, if you feel like shopping, their Treasure Chest boutique is back, so wallets at the ready.
Top Tip:
It may sound obvious, but try the cocktails! Experimental Beach is known for its tipples. Here they come in giant punch bowls perfect for you and your friends (or just you).
