Near the main church in the centre of Santa Gertrudis, the menu at this newly renovated restaurant is like a laundry list of all our favourite Med dishes: burrata salad, lobster risotto, Mahón cheese macaroni with black truffle, lamb shoulder… plus, all ingredients are local and organic where possible.
