Originally from Nottingham, Griff first started visiting Ibiza back in the 80s. In 1995 he took up a DJ residency at Manumission (its first full year in Privilege). As well as DJing he looked after the guest list and by the time Manumission ended in 2008 was in charge of Sales and PR. Griff now runs the Ibiza Rocks Bar and does guest list for Ibiza Rocks. Griff’s Top Tips

1. Camí de Balàfia on the road to Sant Joan. The meat is fantastic and they grow the majority of their vegetables. The tomatoes are great and they probably make the best chips.
2. Rent a villa in Roca Llisa. It’s close to Ibiza Town but just far enough away and if you can get a villa with a view of Ibiza Town, it’s special.
3. La Torre for the sunset.
