Another great people-watching spot, the recently renovated Hostal de Parque is perched at the end of Ibiza Town’s main square at the foot of the Dalt Vila walls. We’ve never ventured into the hostal itself, but the café below is an ideal place to while away the morning over breakfast, especially as it’s away from the main drag so off most tourists’ radar. Grab one of the black wicker high backed chairs and order one of the fantastic fresh juices to stock up on your vitamin intake.

Top Tip:
Avoid the awning even when it isn’t out if you want to catch some rays, as they tend to put it out come lunchtime anyway.
