Jane Gottschalk first visited Ibiza 10 years ago after her wedding and has returned many times since. In addition to launching Jax Coco coconut water worldwide—in Singapore, Taiwan and Japan; Jax Coco also has a new ‘eco’ factory in the Philippines—she’s partnered with Ibiza Delivers, catering to private villas. “The natural beauty and rustic nature of the island is still relatively unappreciated,” she says. “We go there to switch off, relax and let the children and animals run free.”

1. Clifftop drinks overlooking Es Vedra at sunset is a must. Pack some drinks, snacks, picnic blankets, a lantern and music. Never fails.
2. If you’re into fitness and yoga then look no further than James de Maria. He combines yoga with ballet for a complete workout and has an amazing ability to calm the mind and bring you into the moment’. A must for anyone needing to unwind and slowdown.
3. 10 Point 7 – our favourite restaurant on Formentera, away from the scene of Juan y Andrea, with good, local food. From the terrace, it has spectacular views of crystal clear water. You truly feel on holiday here.
