Jo Lee, Fashion Brand Comms Director, first went to Ibiza in 1999 to join a friend on a yoga retreat. “I was supposed to join her – I lasted a day before I sacked it off and went dancing!” A huge fan of Balearic house since she was a teenager, it’s the combination of the music, the beaches, the food and being able to dip in and out of relaxation and partying that keeps her going back.

Jo Lee’s Top Tips

1. Calla Vadella – beautiful, quiet beach just past San Josep. Here you can totally relax and it has a great restaurant Cana Sofia, which has the best paella on the island (winner of Best Balearic Restaurant 2010).
2. Macao Café, Santa Getrudis – the best mozzarella and tomato salad EVER! And pizza and pasta to die for.
3. Destino, San Josep – the best tapas in Ibiza.
