Originally from Melbourne, DJ, producer, singer and the Grinds co-owner Kaz James first visited Ibiza in 2001. Blown away by the energy of the place, a five-day holiday turned into a summer and Ibiza has been his “summer playground for the past 10 years.”

1. The Fish Shack is my daily hangout – a little hidden gem in Sa Punta. I’ve been going there for years. I love going there after a big night – they actually keep some aspirin behind the bar for me! Great homemade food and unique coffee that’s served with liquor.
2. Balàfia in Camino, Santa Eulalia has the best meat in the world. The food is really simple but amazing! The house red is rocking, and the setting is super chilled with loads of trees. It’s a family run business – really nice people. I recommend you make a reservation as it’s always packed.
