Housed in a 19th century print house (where the Diario de Ibiza was originally sent to press), La Imprenta brings a bit of old-school French glamour to Ibiza. Vintage crystal chandeliers, lots of velvet and cabaret performances (running from Thurs-Sun) all combine to create an opulent, theatrical vibe. The menu is, naturally, pure decadence. Ex El Bulli chef Pablo Montoro is serving up a fusion of Spanish and French dishes – think duck confit rice with foie gras, crispy octopus with parmentier potatoes, and black rice with crunchy calamari.
