In a secluded cove of Santa Eulalia, ME is where you go to feel the Ibiza beat, but get away from it all too. There may be over 100 rooms, but with space and open air as main themes, you always feel like you’re in a boutique, intimate space.  Highlights include the infinity pool, private terraces, stand-alone tubs in rooms, cold water Jacuzzis, beachfront sea access, turndown service (pre-party!), and rooftop sunsets. This is really a mixture of the best bits of other Ibiza hotels. If you’re looking for a five star with an Ibizan vibe (DJs in the lobby, rooftop special nights, Range Rovers with drivers for hire), then this is your spot.

Top Tip:
If you didn’t book a suite make sure you pay the supplement to use the infinity pool. And book a boat to Formentera; it leaves from a dock right at the hotel so couldn’t be easier! Really flush? Ask about the ME jet for carefree, tarmac-to-poolside delivery.
