Part of the hospitality family that also runs stylish outposts Beachouse, Finca La Plaza in Santa Gertrudis and Massa Coffee, Mikasa is equally chic, with 16 rooms that are each uniquely themed. We love the mix of natural woods, wicker furniture, and soft linen-blend muslin blankets (a design aesthetic that gets us every time), and can’t decide which room’s palette we like best: navy, mustard, or dusty rose.

Top tip:
The restaurant here serves Mediterranean Levantine cuisine, which is surprisingly not that common in Ibiza. Tabbouleh, creamy labneh and seared prawns are great sharers, while the lemon spiced chicken and saffron mussels sound yum.
