1. Experimental Cocktail Club is the perfect sunset secret. The lounge bar overlooks a cliff top down the longest winding road over the salt flats – you think you’re going to end up driving into a ditch. But then paradise appears.
2. Hidden in the north, La Paloma, with its fairy lit garden, is hard to find but feels like stepping into someone’s beautiful house – with fireside dining in winter snuggled amongst cosy cushions or al fresco and colourful in summer.
3. Passion Juice Bar is run by my friend, the glamorous Lana. It’s a haven for healthy but delicious food and you can get a decent breakfast too – everything from handmade muesli and yoghurt to great buttermilk pancakes.
