A beautiful village in the middle of Ibiza, Sant Gertrudis is a proper destination day out with its arts and crafts shops, galleries and scattering of clothing and accessory boutiques. And it never gets too crowded, apart from at Musset, the quietly bustling café in the village centre. The perfect place to sit back and recharge anytime – open all day and night from eight in the morning till ten at night – it’s best for whiling away the morning as it serves a huge selection of juices, freshly-baked bread and healthy breakfasts (as well as not so healthy ones.)
