Nick House creates club, bar and restaurant brands – Mahiki, Whisky Mist, The Punch Bowl – and is hoping to open something in Ibiza soon: “I started working on the island when I was 19 so I have always had a love for the white isle and its nightlife.” He was first drawn to the island by Sasha and Digweed from Pacha, hoping to change his career for a life in the night. Now, Nick has slowed down (just a little): “The island keeps changing and so do I. Now I swap the daytime parties with a day of tennis or a run.”
