A 15-minute drive from Ibiza Town or Playa d’En Bossa, Sa Caleta (also known as Es Bos Nou) is a 100m sandy beach set in a breathtaking backdrop of red cliffs. Popular with the locals and families (the shallow water is perfect for kids) the Sa Caleta beach restaurant and bar serves archetypal Balearic seafood lunches 365 days a year. In the summer, a masseur sets up shop at the beach entrance – bliss. It does, however, get extremely busy in August.
