UJ’s all time favourite Ibizan beach shack restaurant, Sa Trinxa is at the far end of Salinas beach. The seafood is fresh, service is friendly and it’s topped off by being the ideal people-watching spot as it has great views of the Salinas plank, which is where the beautiful people take a dip. Check out the amazing natural baths with super still lukewarm water, too. The music here is also fantastic, Balearic beats care of John Sa Trinxa and co (UJ loves Marcello Marchitto who was behind the decks on our most recent visit).
