TATEL Ibiza
Grand, 1920s glamour in Playa d’en Bossa
The 1920s glam vibe at TATEL lies in stark contrast to the restaurant’s neighbourhood, but a comprehensive menu that includes everything from Spanish-influenced starters (croquetas, omelette with truffle and Andalusian-style baby squid) and paella with Maine lobster to duck Wellington, crispy suckling pig and Wagyu rib-eye makes it easy to move past that. Already with outposts in Madrid and Miami, with founding members inlcuind Enrique (Iglesias), (Rafa) Nadal and (Pau) Gasol- this is a big blinging newbie for the strip.
Top Tip:
There’s a decidedly opulent feel here, thanks to the live singers and percussionists and the plush, tufted banquettes. It also has sea views and is open till 3am, making it a classy spot to pre- or post- (day) party.
