Coal Harbour

Coal Harbour is home to skyscraper apartment buildings, with penthouses a plenty and million dollar views to match. Foreigners from all over have invested here - meaning there are more (sold) condos sitting vacant than occupied, so you'll see more lights off than on in buildings at night. Coal Harbour is at the edge of Vancouver - cross the Lions Gate Bridge, and you're en route to either West or North Vancouver. It's also an easy walk to the incredible Stanley Park.
