This is Vancouver's Little Italy, and as such contains some of the best coffee shops and delis in Vancouver (UJ loves Joe's Café for a latte and salami sandwich, or Theresa's Café for ginger orange pancakes). Here you'll see a balanced mixture of young and old walking the streets, and many a casual bar is known to turn into a late night dancing den.
