Think Thomas Cook is just for package hotel holiday-makers? Think again. Casa Cook, the tour operator’s award-winning boutique hotel brand, looks pretty impressive. They’re doing things right, too: their 80-room Ibiza property will be in the western part of San Antonio – near Mambos and Café del Mar. It’s a brand new building, too, with two restaurants and fashion-forward, minimalist interiors throughout: think concrete walls, timber screens, and an overall handcrafted feel. Feels very Tulum, in Ibiza, we like.
