A little bit of Italy in Marina Botafoch – from a Michelin-starred chef
Nestled among the not-so-unassuming yachts and harbor-front restaurants of Marina Botafoch is IT Ibiza, where you can find the sublime flavours of two Michelin-starred chef, Gennaro Esposito. Forget spag bol – this is where to go for proper pasta with Mediterranean influences: paccheri with lamb ragu, artichokes and manchego, or linguine with sea urchins, anemone and salsa verde. And true to Italian-style cooking, that’s just for primi: for secondi, there are, of course, meat and fish options with a twist – roasted rack of lamb with artichokes and chocolate, for example, or seabass a la plancha with peas, ginger and smoked coffee.
Yacht-hopping? Pop in at lunch for the menu del día, which is a relatively reasonable €25 for two courses or €30 for three.
