Lio, on the site that was formerly El Divino (a club we’re not sad to see the back of!) caused quite a stir when it opened in 2011 – it played host to the IMS Legends dinner and The Box to name a few – and this year’s set to be no different. This place is huge, and looks like something suited to a Bond film with its sexy slickness, low-slung seating, robata grill, champagne on tap and unrivalled waterside setting. One of Lio’s USPs is its enviable view, stretching from the club’s infinity pool, across the shimmering bay to the Dalt Vila. With cabaret and live performances as entertainment (‘hints of performance’ rather than a full-on show) and a lounge bar/supperclub vibe, Lio is tipped to be just what the island needs. The perfect pre-Pacha spot.

Top Tip:
Be prepared to pay if you want to bag one of those waterside tables. And don’t wear shorts, even if they are “fashionable”, if you want to get in.
