One of our favourite restaurants on the island is set on the road from Ibiza Town to San Juan. This road is infamously known as the restaurant road and along it you’ll find several hidden places to enjoy dinner. Menu highlights include grilled chicken teriyaki, tuna steaks, salmon and avocado tartar, our favourite yellow tail in almond crust, and every type of sushi imaginable.
