Despite its San Antonio location – Ibiza at its least sophisticated with its young crowd out to get wasted as quickly as humanly possible – Mambo (owned by Javier – an island legend – and run with the help of his two sons) holds its own as an excellent pre-club venue with a mix of locals and Ibiza Town clubbers as well as the slightly rowdier San An crew. Next door to Café del Mar on the ‘sunset strip’, Mambo continues to boast an impressive DJ line-up for pre- parties.
