So, creative types - lock up your jobs.

The kids are coming up from behind and this year they're going on the offensive.

London's art colleges provide the most consistent creative output of any city in the world, and now's the time to check out the latest crop. It can though - as I'm sure you'll agree - get tiresome tramping down to Camberwell, and Goldsmiths, not to mention Chelsea.

The Free Range exhibition therefore unites students from most of the UK's leading universities to act as a one-stop-shop to check out the latest graduates. And to address the industry more effectively, the fifth edition of the event is divided into eight week-long, subject-specific expositions ranging from photography to interiors.

Rather than providing mere exhibition space, Free Range aspires to provide a proper talent platform for the exhibitors and a valuable creative injection for all who go there.

The perfect venue in fact for jaded creatives to go and nick all the studes good ideas - after all, that's what going to happen when they start working for you anyway! Isn't it?

Free Range - June 2-July 25
at the Old Truman Brewery, Brick Lane, E1.
