Markets might be our favourite thing about London. But with our lifestyles it can be difficult to make it there at dawn, which, as everyone knows, is the only time to bag the good stuff. |

Which is why we're so pleased about Covent Garden's night market during August. This one we can make. Even if it is straight from the pub. Convent Garden was, of course, the original larder of London. Now,
it is getting back to its roots, and launching London's first night
market. Bringing together the best of London's food markets; traders
will set out their stalls against premium food producers. Spanish ham,
fresh fish, homemade bread and of course fruit'n'veg, are all available
as an alfresco bite or rich delicacy to take home. |

The much loved Neal's Yard, Spore Boys, Gourmet Candy Company, Simply Ice Cream and Violet Cakes will all be hawking their wares. We'll be the ones looking for the late night kebab. Covent
