Now multi-tasking is nothing new - I'm an designer/dj/model/musician, dahling - but focused bi-tasking, with the aim of a career change, instead of CV expansion, certainly is. And from last weekend's article in Style, it looks like the time is neigh. So want to chuck in your day job and do something else, but don't know where to start? Membership is by invitation, and the main aim is to create a network
of likeminded creatives, who support each other's ideas, and 'encourage
creative collaboration between the arts and business worlds'. |

If you think you need to go back to school, before you start putting your ideas out there, check out some of the biggies - City Lit, Open University, Floodlight - for appropriate courses, and, failing that, get busy with your little black book, as someone, somewhere will be able to help. And since we're on the subject, if anyone is 'hiring', this journo is getting back into acting. Will Work For Experience. I had to ask right? meshminds.com - network for creative inspiration. More inspiration at City Lit, Open University, Floodlight |
