I've always known that with fitness - outsourcing is the only answer. I'm so lazy, I'd probably pee the bed instead of getting up, if it was anyway appropriate. Six weeks ago, Melissa took control of my physique, booking me into all the classes she offers at her studio. We start with the easy stuff. Vibrogym is a device similar to Powerplates.
Essentially you stand on a vibrating (stop giggling in the back) block
