There are rules at Lounge Bohemia, but they're the good sort (like 'no suits' and 'big, loud groups forbidden'). The subterranean bar, with booths in cellar arches, is furnished with mid-century-modern finds; the drinks lists are mounted in vintage Czech hardbacks. Paul Tvaroh's drinks are ingenious and surprising, made with an almost cheffy sleight-of-hand. Admittance is by arrangement only, but it's not hard to get in.
