The second pizza outpost from Soho House, Pizza East Portobello is perfectly located to explore the nearby market. Don’t expect your usual margarita here though: toppings like pork belly and veal meatballs are to be found on the wood-fire oven cooked pizzas (or try fun alternatives such as bone marrow bruschetta and baby octopus). Spread over two floors of a restored Georgian pub, the interiors have been stripped back to create a light and airy space complete with wooden floors, huge windows and an eclectic mix of vintage cafe furniture. Good food and an atmosphere that’s hard to beat.
Top Tip:
Head to the deli before you leave for interesting ingredients to take away.
