Destino Pacha Ibiza Resort is billing itself is as the “first true resort in Ibiza.” It’s a tall order, but with 164 rooms, a 200-seat restaurant featuring Japanese, Mediterranean and Central American fusion food, and a swimming pool surrounded by palm trees, 200 sunbeds, and 100 VIP “opium” day beds (with views of Dalt Vila and Formentera), it’s a pretty fitting description.
