Thanks to owner Francesco Malcarne, a day spent at this upscale Bali beach hut (complete with white patio furniture, straw roof, decorative Buddhas and salvaged wood long tables) is a happy one: start with fresh juice in the morning, dine on Mediterranean dishes prepared with fresh, local and organic ingredients for lunch, and, of course, indulge in cocktails from the swish indoor lounge all evening long.

Top Tip:
Sundays mean live (and lively) drumming sessions at sunset, which are worth a visit but make parking near impossible. Beat the crowds and get there early, then reward yourself with an afternoon massage or Ayurvedic treatment.
