Founder of Ibiza’s most exclusive and connected VIP concierge service, Serena first came to the island in her university days. A stint managing villas and as Jade Jagger’s personal chef led to her starting Deliciously Sorted in 2001. Now Serena and her delightfully informed and multi-lingual team of 10 are extending their service to organising spectacular events and covering Formentera and Mallorca. Serena founded the Ibiza Preservation Fund “to preserve the island we so love and to give something back to Ibiza which has given me a dream life!”

1. Es Torrent does the best fish in the Balearics. The John Dory baked in the oven is to die for and with its own private beach it is an exquisite destination for the archetypal rosé lunch.
2. Cala D’En Serra for its crystal waters and no mobile service – so I can be totally undisturbed!
3. After a hard week I have a two-hour massage from Kim – she has the healing hands!
