Ottolenghi-style eats for the beach and boat
It’s bye bye bocadillos and hello whole grains thanks to Sid Shanti, Ibiza’s celebrity chef, author and Manumission alumnus (he fronted the Manumission Motel’s rooftop Shanti Town barbecue). Now, with his eponymous new deli/takeout and yacht catering service, Shanti is bringing Ibiza’s farm-to-table produce to the masses. Expect roasted beetroot, fresh pea and Ibicencan goats’ ricotta salad, wild Ibiza thyme and lemon rotisserie chicken and lamb shank tagine with wild fennel and sun-dried apricot couscous.
