Ferries
It takes just 25 minutes to cross by ferry from Ibiza to Formentera. A round trip costs around 45 euros and there are ferries every half hour. The two operators are Trasmapi and Balearia. Rush up to the top deck to grab a seat for the best views.

Recreational Rentals
The best way to get around on Formentera is by scooter or bicycle. These are cheap to hire and the scooters are easy to drive. When parking, sling your helmet over your handlebars – it’ll be there when you get back. Go to Cooltra for scooters and Electra for both scooters and bicycles.
