It’s been open since 2009, but this little daughter-and-pop joint is now open until 11pm for food and drink every Monday through Friday. With so much more than just Riojas – their wine-by-the-glass list is apparently more than 30 long – and a prime location on the road from Ibiza Town to San Jose, this won’t be our little secret for long.

Top tip: Do quiz the owners about drinks of all kinds: Rosa, the daughter, is a Certified Sake Sommelier, while Jeroen, the father, comes from a family of wine experts (his brother is a pre-eminent wine writer in the Netherlands).
