Tata Naka
Tata-Naka is designed by two identical twins, Tamara and Natasha Surguladze, born in Tbilisi, former Soviet Georgia, 1978. They arrived in London in 1996 to study design at Central St Martins, graduating from the Fashion Design and Marketing Course in the year 2000. The label Tata-Naka comes in two parts, Stolen Memories & Tata-Naka - ‘Stolen Memories’ special, often one off pieces full of charm, decoration and vintage nostalgia is teamed with the “Tata-Naka” collection, pieces featuring forward looking clever cut, often dramatic tailoring and challenging fabric treatments.
Tata-Naka remain one of the most exciting independent luxury designer labels in London with an array of interesting and inspirational international ambassadors from Mena Suvari, Helena Bonham Carter, Cameron Diaz and Sarah Jessica Parker.
