Kick
A new addition to London’s exercise scene, Kick was devised by Sophie Pittaway as a new all-body workout combining kickboxing, Thai boxing, yoga and meditation which promises quick results. Take part in classes, go around the self-training circuit or indulge in a personal session – there’s even a grading system which’ll take you from a basic white belt to the kick-ass black.
