Taking off every week at 7pm from Nike’s stellar sportswear space in Shoreditch, Run Dem Crew are a renegade, night-time running group who cater from total beginners to marathon runners, splitting their various courses into Tortoise, Hare, Cheetah and Greyhound teams.
