Who’d have thought the party started at brunch time? Odd but true, this night-time favourite kicks it off whilst you’re still getting over your hangover with a brunch to get celebratory over. The eggs all come from free-range, organic, local (and presumably happy) clucks, the Okanagan apple and maple compote makes a repeat appearance on Buttermilk Pancakes and Cinnamon Buns, and there’s a huge variety of benedicts and scrambles to be had.
