This award-winning waterside bistro has been described as "like walking into a crystal" thanks to its innovative neon lighting scheme. Hunker down in an oversized mohair chair under the statement brass-tiled ceiling and breathe in the view from the surrounding floor to ceiling glass walls of False Creek, Granville Island and of course, the sparkling sea. Or go one better and sit outside by the marina itself. Dishes are the usual West Coast fare, with an emphasis on working with local producers and '100 mile' menu options, where the main components of the meal are grown within 100 miles.
