If you're dreaming of a Tuscan getaway but have yet to find the cash (or the courage) to up sticks and set up camp in Italy, this could be the perfect way in. Il Giardino's is the restaurant by world renowned Chef Umberto Menghi. Step foot into his villa style restaurant and you'll instantly be transported to Tuscany. Here you'll find homemade Italian food and come with homemade Italian service - read chaotic at best. However, they must be doing something right, as the likes of Uma (Thurman) have been known to grace their doors. The patio at Il Giardino's in the summer is a UJ fave for people watching (lots of young ladies with older men on dates), as much as the food.
