We kid, we kid - think of the name as more 'salt of the earth', gathering the finest charcuteries, cheeses, and condiments together to let you create your perfect tasting plate. Choose 3 items from each category, which include Neal's Yard cheeses from London, Oyama sausages, and Guinness grainy mustard, then take a seat at the giant communal tables and dig in. The experimentation with constantly changing produce encourages debate, so you're likely to make new friends over a slice of the Chef's homemade terrine, and a 'wine flight' - 2 oz pours of 3 different wines to compliment your food.
