After a hefty launch late last summer, Fortune Sound is still the place to be if you like to let loose till late. Sporting a stunning, gut-trembling $250k Funktion One sound system and setting up home in the increasingly cool environs of Chinatown, the deep house/electro sounds and fun vibe pulls in a more hipster-ized crowd than many of the 'classier', more skin and glitter late night offerings in town. This is probably largely due to the fact that Fortune is owned by GMan and Rizk, two of the top promoters in town. Definitely the place to get sweaty - in a very, very good way.
